Job Description
  • The position will have a strategic focus, with 60% dedicated to talent acquisition and recruitment, ensuring the organization attracts and secures top talent, and 40% concentrated on HR operations, overseeing the efficient management of HR processes, compliance, and employee relations.
  •  Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the power consulting field.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and optimize the hiring process.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance review process, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development plans.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations 
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and organisational changes.
  • Oversee compensation strategies and employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
